Apricots are originating from China; it is a medium-sized tree with yellow-red, fleshy, oval fruits with peel soft like fluff. These fruits are the source of calcium, magnesium, sodium, iron, phosphorus and have the most of potassium content.
Apricots are most prevalent in the Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, France).
